Monday, February 29th is Leap Year--a day that only happens once every four years. More importantly, however, it is National Surf & Turf Day! Go out and eat a cheap-ass meal of steak and over-cooked shrimp!
(Or maybe a fabulous steak, or lamb chop, paired with a perfectly prepared sashimi spread, or crab cake.)
